We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 10 working days after you post the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. An automatic email will update you during the refund process.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of receipt, unused, in the original packaging with a print out from the Return section you have completed.
Gosh! Sometimes mistakes happen. We do our best throughout the entire production process for each product to catch issues before they reach final Quality Control. But we are all human - especially the humans actually sewing and making Georgie Paws products- and we can make mistakes.

If it is our fault, we pass the information to the right person to help them develop better skills and prevent it from happening again.

Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days delivery) on orders under A$80 = A$11
Express Post Shipping (1 - 3 business days delivery) = A$22
International freight changes daily, so we apply these prices. When we process your order, we will confirm the shipping cost with you. If it is under the estimate above, we will refund the difference.
