There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.

If you email us straight away after ordering, at ask@georgiepaws.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If we were too fast and your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us upon receiving it.

Please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to be shipped.

Within Australia and New Zealand, delivery can take up to 7 days with standard shipping, depending on Australia Post.

International orders can take up to 21 days.

Tracking is automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped.  We recommend you keep an eye on tracking and notify us if your order is taking longer than expected.

If you are absolutely desperate for one of our products no in our USA warehouse and are happy to pay customs duty, please email us and we will do our best to find the most economical way to ship.  ask@georgiepaws.com

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Just head over to the Returns section and complete the form.

Exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee, charged when it is ready to despatch.

Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of receipt, unused, in the original packaging with a print out from the Return section you have completed.

Gosh!  Sometimes mistakes happen.  We do our best throughout the entire production process for each product to catch issues before they reach final Quality Control.  But we are all human - especially the humans actually sewing and making Georgie Paws products- and we can make mistakes.

Please email us:  ask@georgiepaws.com  with photos of the fault and an explanation.  Each fault will be explored by our QC team. 

If it is our fault, we pass the information to the right person to help them develop better skills and prevent it from happening again.  

We don't take reports of faulty items lightly, as we know the efforts everyone has put into making a wonderful product that we are so proud you chose to buy.

Yes!   Free Standard Shipping within Australia applies to orders over A$80 

Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days delivery) on orders under A$80 =  A$11

Express Post Shipping (1 - 3 business days delivery) = A$22

In keeping with our "tread lightly" ethos, we use carriers who are able to find spare, discounted airfreight space - YAY! 

International freight changes daily, so we apply these prices. When we process your order, we will confirm the shipping cost with you.  If it is under the estimate above, we will refund the difference.

Currently, we are not shipping to the USA from Australia because customs charges change frequently, and at times customs and freight costs exceed the value of your order.
