THE REST OF THE WORLD

In keeping with our "tread lightly" ethos, we use carriers who can secure spare, discounted airfreight space—lovely.

International freight rates change frequently, so we use the baseline prices below. When we process your order, we will confirm the final shipping cost with you. If it comes in under the estimate, we will gladly refund you the difference!

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! Just head over to our Returns section and complete the online form.

  • Timeline: Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Important Note: Remember to include a printout of your completed Return form in the package so we have your instructions and details on hand.

  • Please note: Exchanges will incur a re-shipping fee when they are ready to be dispatched.

Oops—I think the product is faulty!

Gosh! Sometimes mistakes happen. We do our best throughout the entire production process for each product to catch issues before they reach final Quality Control. But we are all human—especially the humans actually sewing and making Georgie Paws products—and we can make mistakes.

Please email us at ask@georgiepaws.com with photos of the fault and a brief explanation. Each report will be thoroughly explored by our QC team.

If it is our fault, we pass the information directly to the right person so they can develop better skills and prevent it from happening again. We don't take reports of faulty items lightly, as we know the immense effort everyone puts into making a wonderful product that we are so proud you chose to buy.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your payment is processed only after the shipping label has been printed and your order is ready for shipment.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of the item being returned to our warehouse.

Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 10 working days after you post the item back to us before getting in touch. An automatic email will update you the moment your refund is processed.

Who makes your products?

It took quite a lot of research and testing to find the right people to work with. We are proud to support dedicated craftspeople with exceptionally high levels of handcraft skill.

  • Collars and Leads: Made in Pakistan, fully complying with Fair Trade and ISO 9001 Quality Standards.

Why Buffalo Leather and not Kangaroo?

Buffalo Leather is a natural by-product of the growing meat industry. Its inherent structure limits its suitability for many standard fashion products because it doesn't stretch or mould easily—which makes it absolutely perfect for durable dog toys, sturdy collars, and leashes!

Our leather is proudly sourced from LWG-certified (Leather Working Group) tanneries that use vegetable-based dyes and ensure that any waste is disposed of responsibly and sustainably.

Where are the Squeakers?

NOOOO—no squeakers—ever!

  • First: They are plastic.

  • Second: They are incredibly annoying.

  • Third: Dogs simply don't need them—they just generate more landfill.

Instead, Georgie Paws Toys are filled with natural coconut fibre that crunches loud enough to gain the attention of even the oldest, crankiest Hound. We discovered dogs in Bali happily playing with and chewing coconuts on the beach, and turning that natural crunch into a toy has been a total game-changer for dogs around the world!
