SHIPPING
When you pay, your order will ship within 1-5 business days, unless it is out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to determine if you'd like to wait for the next delivery, receive a refund, or exchange for something else. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the estimated delivery time for your order.
All domestic and international shipments, except those to the US, are trackable via Australia Post. Shipments to the US are trackable via FedEx.
If you are unable to receive your order and it is returned to the sender, we will charge the freight to resend it to you if that is your preference.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand by our products and are happy to hear about any problems you may encounter. We understand that things happen—a gift that isn't suitable, the wrong size, or, in the odd situation, a breakage. However, after four weeks of receiving your order, we are unable to accept returns.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items.
Please email us with any of these issues; each situation will be considered based on the information you provide. Because we value the workmanship of Georgie Paws products, any item deemed faulty must be returned for inspection so that we can improve or modify it for future use. Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item, excluding freight, extras such as gift wrapping, and insurance.
Our website provides a sizing chart. If you are returning an item for an exchange, please note that we will charge you the freight cost to send it back again.
It is up to you to ensure or track your returns – items that don’t reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
