Materials

. You know we use real leather.  From time to time, you may find a tiny imperfection in the surface - we don't regard that as a fault.

. We prefer to use aged brass in our hardware to eliminate another process in production.  Hardware can vary from not very shiny to very shiny in each batch.  We like the authentic look and feel of brass.

SHIPPING

From when you make your payment your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days, unless it is out of stock - in which case we will contact you to see if you'd like to wait for the next delivery, refund or swap for something else. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about how long your order will take.

All orders ship via Australia Post and are trackable. Pricing in AUD.
Shipping times are estimates and will depend on stock availability.

AUSTRALIA:

all retail orders
Free Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days delivery) on orders over A$80
Express Post Shipping (1 - 2 business days delivery) - A$20

REST OF THE WORLD(includes tracking):

International Shipping  - orders under AUD $80.00 (1 - 3 weeks delivery) - A$30
International Shipping - orders over AUD $80.00 (1 - 3 weeks delivery) - A$40

orders over A$250 will have shipping quoted separately

RETURNS

We stand by our products and are happy to hear about any problems you may encounter - we do understand that things happen...  a gift that isn't suitable, the wrong size and in the odd situation, a breakage. However, after 4 weeks, we cannot accept returns.

Please email us with any of these problems - each situation will be considered according to what you tell us. Because we value the workmanship of Georgie Paws products, any item deemed faulty will need to be returned for inspection so we can improve or change it in the future. Please note, that we will only refund the cost of the item, not freight or extras such as gift wrapping and insurance.

It is up to you to insure or track your returns – items that don’t reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
