The Clasp

  • Swivel bolt snap: Slide the thumb tab back to open the bolt, and it springs closed to lock.
  • Swivel eye: The rotating D-shaped ring the leather loops through stops the lead twisting.
  • Solid brass hardware: Each piece has its own natural finish, from soft gold to aged.

End of Life

  • Leather: compostable, but it breaks down slowly and needs a helping hand. Cut it into small pieces for your home compost, or use your green waste bin if your council accepts it.
  • Brass hardware: remove it first and donate it to your local Repair Cafe or Men's Shed, so it can be used again.
